Kratos Awarded Learning Solutions C4I Task Order for the Navy Valued At Approximately $2.2 Million
SAN DIEGO, Apr 14, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX News Network) -- Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq:KTOS), a leading national security, information technology and public safety solutions provider, today announced that its Learning and Performance Solutions division received a $2.2 million task order from the Program Executive Office, Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I).
Under this task order, Kratos will provide the program office with a comprehensive blended learning solution for the Commercial Broadband Satellite Program (CBSP) to support training system operators and maintainers. In addition to designing and developing a blend of eLearning courseware and performance lab curriculum, Kratos will provide work definition, competency development, and performance support services to enable Navy instructors to be successful in their new role as facilitators for self-paced eLearning curricula.
